Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME: 2-7 business days. We print and fulfill all of our products on demand. We strive to get each order out as quickly as possible, but please note that our items are mostly made to order.
TRANSIT TIME: 3-4 business days for shipping in the US. 6-10 days for Canada. Please allow a couple of weeks for delivery outside of the US.
On average most US orders arrive within a week. International orders usually arrive within 1-3 weeks. When you place your order, please allow time for processing in addition to the time it takes for the package to get to you once it has shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with any tracking information available - you can check order status by logging into your account. Please be sure that you correctly type your email when signing up for an account or placing your order.
Keep in mind that shipper service guarantee are suspended if delays are caused by bad weather or other disasters. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package arrives late due to any shipping delays along the package route. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package does not arrive or is delivered to another address due to customer mistyping their own information upon ordering.
Rock and Roll Cat is not responsible for lost or returned items/packages due to address errors. If you do not receive your package please contact the shipping provider or check with your local post office. If you think your package is lost, please contact support@rockandrollcat.com with your order number so we can investigate and determine if the package can be retrieved or found. If the package cannot be found, we will create a case with the shipping company, this process can take 2 -3 weeks once it is reported to us.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If you are not in the USA please note:
- You may have to pay customs or import duties on your shipment. We have no way of preventing this so please plan to pay these fees. These are not fees assessed by us. They are assessed by the destination country.
- It's very important to track your package. Once your order ships you will get an email with your tracking number. If you don't see the email within 5 business days check your spam/junk folders and if you can't find it contact us to request it.
Tracking your package will enable you to see when your shipment arrives in your country. Once it has arrived you should receive it or be contacted by your postal service within a few days. If that does not happen please contact your postal service with your tracking number and ask them how you can retrieve your package. International shipments that are left unclaimed for a week or more often end up returned to us as unclaimed, so please help us avoid this by tracking your package.
